Door fabric: red with footballs.

♥ Pay in full: You can pay for your order in full via Paypal using your credit or debit card. The safer, simpler, smarter way to pay for goods online.

 ♥ Interest-free payment option explained. The balance of your order is split into 4 equal payments paid over 3 months. The postage cost is included in the first instalment paid when you place the order and a further 3 payments due monthly on the same date. Once the last payment is received your order will be dispatched.

♥ Materials: All our fabrics are 100% cotton and comply with Uk EN71 safety standards and European safety standards EN17 1.2.3 CE marked.

♥ Washing: We strongly advise that teepees & accessories with applique are NOT machine washable. Wipe clean any surface marks with a damp cloth. Accessories without applique can be machine washed at 30 ° C, on a delicate wash cycle, spin speed max. 600 spins per minute. 
* Ironing cotton at max. 110 ° C. 
* Do not tumble dry.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

♥ Custom-made: teepees and accessories are dispatched within 2 – 3 weeks (may vary during the busy Christmas period) 48hr delivery service. Contact us if you need any more advice.

All dispatched orders are tracked and signed for. You will receive an email from us letting you know your teepee is on its way and the assigned courier details plus the tracking number. (someone will have to be in to sign for your order) If you miss delivery you will receive a calling card/email with instructions on who to contact to rearrange a delivery date.

♥ Returns: We do not accept returns on ready-made teepees and accessories that have been personalised on request, unless faulty. We check all our orders before leaving us very carefully to ensure quality. Should you receive a faulty item please contact us by tel: 07816 861835 or email: lovemyteepee@gmail.com with the details straight away within 7 days of receiving your order. On agreement that the item is faulty, we will then advise on how to return the item to us and on inspection we will (1) repair the item and return it back to you plus refund any postage costs you incurred. (2) exchange for a new item and refund any postage costs you incurred. (3) refund you the full balance plus postage within 14 days.
