UK Mainland Delivery

We use the FedEx courier service to deliver our teepees. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with all the tracking details. Expected delivery is normally the next day; however, in busier periods (e.g. Christmas), delivery can take up to 72 hours. All deliveries will require a signature. Delivery dates can be re-arranged directly with the courier.

Delivery costs for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Orkney, and Shetland please contact us for a delivery quote prior to ordering.

Overseas Delivery

Due to the size and weight of our products, we cannot include the wooden poles with your teepee order for deliveries outside of the UK. We will send you the dimensions so you can source them locally.

Delivery costs for Europe are £25

Delivery costs for the Rest of the World are £35

We use the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service for all non-UK deliveries.

In addition, you will need to pay any import duty or taxes relevant to your area.
