UK Mainland Delivery

We use a premium FedEx courier service to deliver our teepees. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email.

Delivery aim: next-day once dispatched. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas) please allow 2–5 working days and note some deliveries may take up to 72 hours. All parcels require a signature on delivery.

Delivery Costs:
• UK Mainland: £25
• Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands: £50

Overseas Delivery

Due to the size and weight of our teepees, we cannot send the wooden poles outside of the UK.

We will provide the exact pole length and diameter required for your teepee so you can source poles locally.

Because shipping costs vary by teepee and any accessories included, please contact us before placing an order so we can:
• Confirm the delivery cost for your country
• Provide the precise pole dimensions required
• Give an accurate quote based on your selected items

Delivery Costs (without poles — guide pricing):
• Europe: from £25
• Rest of the World: from £35

We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for non-UK shipments. International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges or local taxes.

Manufacture & Dispatch Times

All teepees are handmade to order in the UK. Please allow the stated lead time on your product page. Once completed, your teepee will be dispatched via our courier service.
